As the days get colder this season, we hope you are all well and staying warm.  A reminder that the school is closed through Wed, 2/3/2021 due to positive COVID cases so all students will be in remote learning.  We hope those affected are recovering quickly and get healthy soon! Please be on the lookout for additional updates from the administration. If you would like to get your child tested, you can find COVID-19 testing sites here. Also for easy reference, here’s the school’s latest Cohort Calendar for the remainder of the school year.

We want your feedback!
In the spirit of constantly improving our PTA, we’d like to hear from all of you and get your feedback on topics like:

  • How to improve PTA meetings and overall communication
  • Budget planning for various programs
  • Ideas for fundraising activities

Please fill out our survey below by Sun, Feb 7 (it should take no more than 10 minutes). We will try to incorporate as much of the feedback we get to help with future planning. Thank you in advance for providing your valuable feedback and to those who’ve already responded!

Volunteers Needed
We will need some parent volunteers to serve on 2 different committees:

  • Bylaw committee: To review and update the PTA bylaws and get approval by the parent community (3-5 volunteers needed), please see the form for more details and to sign up.
  • Nominating committee: To help run the PTA elections by presenting the nominees at April’s PTA meeting and facilitate the election portion of the May PTA Election Meeting. We need 3-5 members of our community to serve as the nominating committee for the 2021-2022 executive board elections who are NOT planning to run for a position on the board. If you’re interested, please sign up with this form.

If you are interested or want to learn more, please email the PTA board directly at 303pta@gmail.com, thanks!
