We have a great slate of candidates already running for the 2019-20 PTA executive board and SLT. Here are the nominees:
For president: Simone Dornbach and Elaine Lee-Wong, running as co-presidents
For vice president: Rebekah Pokart-Cabonargi
For treasurer: Ooma Deonarine, Edward Suh
For recording secretary: Sheryl Hirshon
For the four SLT positions: Walter Birkhold, Henny Maddox, Michele Molfetta, Vincent Roulot, Stacey Shick Samuels, Maria Scoloveno
If you are interested in running — good news! — you can still contact the nominating committee to get on the ballot.
You can also run alongside another candidate to share a position, if you would both like to do so.
Elections will be conducted during the May 9 PTA meeting at 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria. Each candidate will be given the opportunity to speak before the election if they choose.
